     Designed for automated control in demanding operating conditions, this valve features a high-strength WCB carbon steel body, precise sizing across the full range of nominal diameters, and reliable load-bearing capacity up to Class 150LB. Equipped with a pneumatic actuator, it enables long-term unattended operation with zero leakage.

Product Advantages

  ● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the valve requires minimal operating torque and is perfectly matched with pneumatic actuators, enabling millisecond-level rapid shutoff or precise regulation. 
  ● Pressure-bearing components, including the valve body and disc, are made of WCB cast carbon steel, offering excellent strength, toughness, and cost-effective machinability. This ensures a stable and reliable pressure-bearing structure for non-corrosive or mildly corrosive media such as steam, thermal oil, industrial water, petroleum products, and natural gas.
  ● The flange faces are uniformly pre-tensioned by gaskets and multiple bolts, creating a stable, positive seal. This design is well-suited for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, and by selecting different gasket materials (such as metal spiral wound gaskets), it can accommodate various corrosive or toxic media, ensuring long-term operational safety.
