The precise combination of a TA2 valve body, a DN350 flow path, and a PN16 pressure rating enables high-flow, zero-leakage control of oxidizing and chlorine-containing media.

Product Advantages

  ●The valve body, disc, and all flow-through components are made entirely of industrial-grade pure titanium (TA2). Leveraging the dense passivation film that titanium spontaneously forms in oxidative environments, the valve provides a virtually immune-level corrosion barrier against media such as wet chlorine gas, brine, seawater, dilute nitric acid, and acetic acid. 
  ● Flange connections are secured with bolts, eliminating the need to rotate the valve body or cut the piping during installation or removal. When the valve requires maintenance, cleaning, or replacement of the gasket, the bolts can be quickly removed to disassemble the valve, making it particularly suitable for applications that require regular maintenance or potential replacement.
  ● A self-compensating sealing pair, consisting of a metal hard seal and high-temperature-resistant flexible graphite, confidently withstands the rigorous challenges of steam purging and alternating hot and cold media.
