     The DN350 large-diameter design allows for direct connection to mainstream process pipelines without the need for size reduction, ensuring safe high-flow transportation with low pressure loss while reducing system energy consumption. Core flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are constructed entirely from 4A duplex stainless steel (ASTM A995 Gr. 4A). Through an optimal balance of chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen, the pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) exceeds 35, providing robust resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. The PN16 pressure rating fully accounts for water hammer impacts and pressure fluctuations associated with large valve discs, ensuring that the valve structure remains distortion-free and the seal remains consistently reliable during long-term operation.

Product Advantages

  ● The composite sealing pair, consisting of a metal hard seal and flexible graphite, eliminates rubber and PTFE—elastic components prone to aging—thereby fundamentally preventing cold flow, thermal creep, and elastic failure. 
  ● Flanged connections provide superior alignment during installation in large-diameter applications and effectively absorb thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines as well as mechanical stress. 
Based on a three-dimensional eccentric design, the operating torque is extremely low, allowing for easy integration with small actuators. This design also generates an automatic wedging effect—the higher the medium pressure, the greater the sealing contact pressure, resulting in a tighter seal and exponentially extended service life.
