Product Features

    Both the valve body and disc are made entirely of WCB carbon steel, meeting the structural requirements for steam, thermal oil, and petroleum products at a more economical cost. With a 300-lb pressure rating, it performs flawlessly in ”pressure-critical" applications such as boiler outlet and cracking gas shut-off points. The drive end features manual operation, allowing for forced opening and closing by manual labor during power outages or emergency power shutdowns, without increasing costs.

Product Advantages

  ● Compared to metal-seated ball valves of the same nominal diameter, the torque required for a triple-offset butterfly valve is less than one-third. 

  ● The bolt assembly forms a closed load-bearing ring at the flange interface, dispersing and absorbing pipeline thrust, bending moments, and thermal expansion forces. This prevents the gasket from being subjected to off-axis tension, ensuring the sealing ring remains flat and free from warping over the long term. 
  ● The all-metal sealing pair withstands fire exposure and meets API 607 fire-resistance requirements. In the event of a fire, it does not melt or rupture, providing the final line of defense to protect the pipeline.
