    The valve body is made of WCB carbon steel, offering excellent mechanical strength. It is suitable for non-corrosive media, providing high cost-effectiveness and a long service life. Equipped with a hydraulic drive, it delivers high torque and rapid opening/closing response, and supports remote automated control. The PN16 pressure rating is suitable for standard industrial and municipal pipeline applications, with practical specifications that avoid redundancy.

  ●  Unlike conventional soft-seal butterfly valves, the triple-offset design ensures the disc disengages from the seal ring the moment it opens, eliminating friction throughout the entire cycle. This prevents rubber wear and shearing year after year. 
  ● Sealing force is derived from the stable torque output of the hydraulic actuator; even with pressure fluctuations, sufficient sealing contact pressure is maintained by adjusting the system pressure, ensuring zero leakage without relying on luck. 
  ● The wafer-type connection requires fewer fasteners, offers high tolerance for pipeline misalignment, and minimizes downtime.
