    The PN16 rating virtually covers all standard pressure requirements without the need for upgrades to high-pressure components. More importantly, the valve body and disc are made entirely of 316 stainless steel, providing a decisive rust-proof barrier in applications involving chlorine-containing cooling water, coastal pipe racks exposed to salt spray, and pipelines carrying weakly acidic materials. DN350 is the critical size for transitioning from branch lines to main lines—large enough that a single person can coordinate hoisting and repositioning without the need for specialized tracks.

Product Advantages

  ● The first and second eccentricities allow the disc to disengage from the seat as soon as it opens, while the third eccentric conical seal applies pressure without friction, significantly extending the service life of the sealing surfaces. 
  ● The flanges at both ends align perfectly with the pipe flange faces. The metal spiral wound gasket is embedded in micro-grooves, and once the bolts are tightened with uniform torque, gas cannot find a continuous path to escape.

  ● The triple-offset design eliminates the need for elastic components, preventing springback and damping. Even if the valve remains idle for years, emergency shutdown still achieves Class VI airtightness instantly.
