    The valve body and disc are constructed entirely of 304 stainless steel, which inherently introduces no impurities into the medium—what goes in comes out exactly as it was. Since DN100 is the most commonly used size in industrial piping, selecting it as the standard configuration simplifies spare part interchangeability and inventory management. Paired with a standard operating pressure of PN16, this design avoids over-specification, minimizes costs, and maintains a full safety margin.

Product Advantages

  ● The contact stress of metal-to-metal seals never degrades like rubber seals do. Even after a spare valve has been stored for ten years, not a single bolt will loosen during an emergency shutdown, and the seal will still maintain Class VI integrity. 
Flange hole alignment tolerates slight deviations, eliminating the need for laser alignment during on-site installation; workers can install the valve perfectly by feel alone. 
  ● The double-eccentric valve stem, combined with the eccentric taper of the sealing face, ensures the disc disengages from the seat the moment it rotates. Throughout the opening and closing cycle, the sealing faces do not slip at all, resulting in low torque and a long service life.
