     The valve body and disc are entirely made of 5A steel, offering superior resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking—outperforming 316L and even 4A duplex steel by a wide margin. Deep-sea oil production trees, high-temperature wet desulfurization, and acid fracturing flowback fluids—in these operating conditions where chloride ion concentrations reach tens of thousands of mg/L and temperatures soar to 70–80°C, while other materials struggle to hold up, 5A performs with ease.
