Product Features

     The all-metal sealing pair contains no rubber, PTFE, or other parts prone to aging, enabling stable operation at temperatures above 400°C. The WCB valve body provides structural strength while keeping costs under control; the 316 butterfly disc offers rust and pitting corrosion protection on the medium side.

Product Advantages

  ● With no non-metallic sealing components, issues such as softening, aging, and cold flow deformation of rubber and PTFE at high temperatures are completely eliminated. The operating temperature can reach over 400°C (subject to the limitations of the WCB base material). 
The hard alloy sealing surfaces can withstand long-term erosion from solid media such as catalyst particles, pulverized coal, and mineral slurries, with a sealing life far exceeding that of soft seals. 
  ● Through precision machining, the triple-offset hard-seal butterfly valve achieves sealing performance up to ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V or zero leakage, meeting the stringent shut-off requirements of the vast majority of industrial applications. Although standard hard seals struggle to achieve the “bubble-tight zero leakage” of soft seals, triple-offset hard-seal butterfly valves are capable of delivering excellent airtight shut-off performance.
