     C95800 nickel-aluminum bronze offers exceptional resistance to seawater corrosion. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric, freshwater, and seawater environments, performing outstandingly in harsh marine climates and seawater operating conditions. It is a specialized valve material for seawater applications that stainless steel butterfly valves cannot match. Nickel-aluminum bronze possesses high strength and wear resistance. After quenching and tempering, its hardness is further enhanced, enabling it to withstand the erosion caused by silt and particles in seawater.

Product Advantages

  ● The lug-type design uses short bolts that are directly screwed into the threaded holes on the valve body lugs, without passing through the entire valve body. Compared to the long through-bolts used in wafer-type valves, lug-type bolts experience less creep, effectively reducing the risk of leakage. 
  ● The soft-seal design relies on the metal disc compressing the PTFE/RPTFE soft seat to form a seal. The elastic deformation compensates for minor surface irregularities and installation errors, making it easy to achieve bidirectional zero leakage and meet strict shut-off requirements. 
The triple-offset design allows the disc to immediately disengage from the seat sealing surface the moment it opens, ensuring no friction between the disc and the seat sealing surface throughout the entire opening and closing process. This “near-zero wear” design significantly extends the valve’s service life.
