     The valve body is made of WCB carbon steel to ensure structural strength while keeping costs low, while the disc is constructed from 316 stainless steel containing 2% molybdenum to directly withstand the medium. In environments involving chlorinated cooling water, salt-fog-laden humid air, and outdoor coastal pipelines, its pitting resistance—far superior to that of 304 stainless steel—provides armor-like protection for the valve’s most corrosion-prone flow-through surfaces.

Product Advantages

  ● The double-offset design ensures effortless manual operation, while electric or pneumatic actuators can be selected one size smaller, reducing both electrical distribution and procurement costs. With a hardness rating of HRC 65, the valve effectively resists erosion from fine sand in water, steam-induced rust, and coke particles in oil products. The sealing surfaces maintain contact without wear, becoming smoother over time. Flange installation and removal are highly efficient; simply loosening the flanges at both ends allows the entire unit to be lifted out. Standby valves can be swapped in and put into service immediately, minimizing downtime to the shortest possible duration.
