Product Features

     The PN16 pressure rating covers the design pressures of industrial cooling water, compressed air, and general oil and gas pipeline networks, ensuring stable operation without increasing costs. The valve body is made of WCB carbon steel, providing all the structural strength required for piping at a controlled cost. The butterfly disc is constructed from 304 stainless steel, creating a rust-proof barrier on the side in direct contact with the medium.

Product Advantages

  ● The sealing surface is overlaid with HRC65-hardness material, resisting erosion from rust in steam pipelines, sand particles in water, and coke fines in oil and gas. It maintains contact without wear, offering a service life several times longer than that of soft seals. The double-offset disc moves away from the seat as soon as it rotates, ensuring near-zero friction across the entire opening and closing cycle, significantly reducing wear and operating torque. The circumferential multi-bolt flange configuration forms a closed load-bearing ring. Pipeline thrust and thermal expansion moments are dispersed by the flange ring, preventing lateral tension on the gasket and ensuring the seat remains flat and does not warp over long service periods.
