Product Features

     321 stainless steel offers excellent high-temperature strength and creep resistance. It exhibits superior stress rupture resistance and creep resistance at high temperatures. This enables valves made from this material to maintain structural stability over the long term under high-temperature and high-pressure differential conditions. It also possesses excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance. At high temperatures, a dense oxide film forms on the surface of 321 stainless steel, which resists further high-temperature oxidation, making it suitable for structural components in high-temperature environments.

  ● Because each bolt hole in the lug-type design can independently withstand pressure, the valve can be installed at the end of a pipeline and used as an end valve. The metal sealing surfaces are typically subjected to special hardening treatments or overlaid with high-temperature-resistant, wear-resistant alloys, such as Stellite. With extremely high hardness, these surfaces can easily withstand long-term erosion from media containing solid particles and dust, ensuring an exceptionally long service life. The double-offset design transforms the sliding friction of traditional butterfly valves into a nearly frictionless opening and closing mechanism, fundamentally eliminating scraping and wear between the disc and the seat sealing surfaces, thereby significantly extending the valve’s service life.
