   The valve body is made of WCB (cast carbon steel), which offers high tensile strength and excellent rigidity. Carbon steel provides superior machinability and weldability, making it suitable for hard alloy surfacing in the seat area and facilitating the installation of various actuators. The hard seal delivers exceptional high-temperature resistance; the all-metal construction contains no non-metallic components prone to aging, enabling long-term operation at temperatures exceeding 400°C—far surpassing the performance of soft-seal rubber or PTFE seats.

  ●The lug-type design provides reliable bidirectional sealing performance, ensuring a tight shut-off even when installed at the end of a pipeline. The hard seal offers exceptional wear resistance and erosion resistance. The high hardness of the hard alloy sealing surface allows it to withstand erosion from media containing solid particles, dust, or high-velocity gas flows, resulting in a significantly longer service life than soft seals. The double-offset design ensures that the disc rapidly disengages from the seat as soon as the valve opens, greatly reducing sliding friction and scraping between the metal sealing surfaces. This significantly reduces wear, thereby extending the service life of the hard-seal butterfly valve.
