    The valve body, disc, and other core components are constructed from 316L stainless steel. 316L is an ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel that offers excellent corrosion resistance, particularly against intergranular corrosion, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical media. The soft-seal seats are made of high-performance polymers such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and RTFE (reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene). These materials are chemically stable and provide excellent elasticity and temperature resistance (soft-seated valves typically operate between -29°C and +260°C). The disc and stem feature a one-piece, integrated design, which significantly enhances component strength and flow coefficient (Cv). Additionally, the stem incorporates an anti-blowout design to improve operational safety.

  ●The “disengagement” mechanism upon opening reduces the mechanical friction coefficient between the sealing surfaces to an extremely low level, resulting in less wear and a longer service life.

  ●The low-friction design minimizes the torque required for opening and closing, making operation easier and more effortless. This not only reduces the demands on manual operation but also allows for the use of smaller-sized automatic actuators (such as electric or pneumatic devices), thereby saving on equipment investment.

  ●Lugs refer to threaded protrusions on the valve body that allow the valve to be directly bolted to pipe flanges from both sides. This design makes it particularly suitable for end-of-line applications, as downstream pipelines do not need to be drained during disassembly, facilitating easier maintenance.
