High-Performance Soft-Seal Seat: The flexible lip-type seat, made of non-metallic materials such as PTFE and RTFE, offers excellent elasticity and self-compensating capability.
Robust Valve Body Material: The valve body is manufactured from carbon steel, which provides high strength at a cost-effective price. Its lug-type design allows it to be clamped directly between pipe flanges using the valve body’s bolt holes.
Wear-Resistant and Corrosion-Resistant Treatment: The disc surface is typically hard-chromium plated and polished to reduce wear on the non-metallic seat and provide a certain degree of corrosion resistance.
Removable Insert Design: The seat uses a split-type insert, allowing for replacement without disassembling the disc or stem.

●Lightweight and Effortless Operation: Since there is no friction at the sealing surface, the opening and closing torque is low, allowing for the use of smaller actuators, which reduces energy consumption and investment costs.
