     All-stainless steel 304 construction, PN16 medium-pressure leak-proof design, and an extended valve stem—ideal for pipelines in hard-to-reach locations such as deep-buried, insulated, or manhole applications. The stainless steel rust-resistant core and the penetrating power of the extended valve stem create a zero-leakage control center that allows for precise shut-off directly from ground level.

Product Advantages

   ● The valve stem is extended to accommodate insulation thickness, burial depth, or manhole dimensions, ensuring the handwheel remains in a safe, accessible position at all times.
  ● EPDM (water-resistant), NBR (oil-resistant), and PTFE (acid/alkali-resistant and high-temperature-resistant) — O-rings are selected based on specific operating conditions, ensuring zero leakage regardless of the fluid type.
  ● The three-dimensional eccentric design allows the disc to disengage from the seat instantly upon opening and wedge tightly upon closing, ensuring a 90° stroke without scraping. Operating torque is significantly lower than that of centerline butterfly valves, making operation effortless and lightweight. The higher the medium pressure, the tighter the seal, exponentially extending the service life of both the valve and its seals.
