    Crafted from WCB carbon steel to provide a robust defense against high-pressure conditions, the lug-type structure offers the unique advantage of independent sealing at the dead end. With a Class 600LB high-pressure rating, the all-metal hard seal ensures long-term, zero-leakage performance. The self-operating design requires no power source, and a single valve serves both shut-off and blind flange functions. It establishes a safe, reliable, and cost-effective zero-leakage protective barrier for high-pressure pipelines carrying non-corrosive media.

Product Advantages

   ● Each lug is directly secured to the pipe flange with short bolts; the bolts do not penetrate the valve body, resulting in a weight significantly lighter than that of a double-flange structure. Installation and removal are convenient, allowing for in-line replacement without cutting long sections of pipeline; it can serve as an independent shut-off valve at the end of a pipeline, eliminating the need for additional blind flange assemblies.
  ● Equipped with a worm gear gearbox, the self-locking characteristic of the worm gear allows the disc to remain precisely at any opening position without the need for an external brake.

  ● The main components, including the valve body and disc, are made of WCB cast carbon steel, combining excellent high strength and toughness to provide a robust pressure-bearing shell for non-corrosive or mildly corrosive media such as high-pressure steam, thermal oil, petroleum products, and natural gas.
