Product Features
The core is made of CF8M cast austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum significantly enhances resistance to chloride ion pitting and crevice corrosion, making it suitable for use in chlorinated water environments. The DN1200 extra-large-diameter valve body is manufactured using an integral resin-sand casting process, offering low flow resistance and high strength. The all-metal hard sealing surface achieves a hardness of HRC45 or higher. Combined with a precision remote electric actuator, it ensures reliable, zero-leakage shutoff.
Product Advantages
● The CF8M metal sealing surface is combined with a high-temperature-resistant, flexible, multi-layer graphite composite, providing both the rigid support of metal and the micro-compensating elasticity of graphite. Under corrosive conditions such as seawater immersion or alternating exposure to acidic and alkaline wastewater, the valve exhibits no cold flow or thermal relaxation. It maintains bidirectional zero leakage from zero pressure to full rated pressure differential, eliminating the chronic issues of internal leakage and aging common in large-diameter soft-seal applications.
● The double-flange sealing design ensures that fastening bolts do not penetrate the valve body. During online maintenance, the valve body sealing surfaces remain undamaged, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance while significantly reducing downtime.
● For DN1200 size, the operating torque is significantly lower than that of gate valves and ball valves of the same specification, substantially reducing the power requirements of electric actuators and power distribution costs. The automatic wedging effect ensures that as medium pressure increases, the sealing contact pressure increases, resulting in a tighter seal as the valve closes, thereby extending the service life of both the valve and the actuator exponentially.
