Designed for large-diameter pipelines carrying chlorine-containing, mildly corrosive, and non-corrosive media, these valves feature a cost-effective and reliable carbon steel base. The 316 stainless steel cast butterfly disc resists chloride ion corrosion, while the Stellite alloy sealing surface ensures long-lasting wear resistance. With a choice of drive options, they achieve reliable, leak-free shutoff.

Product Advantages

  ● The valve strictly adheres to the PN25 medium-to-high pressure rating, ensuring the rigidity of the forged body. It fully withstands water hammer pulses and thermal cycling, guaranteeing no structural deformation and consistently reliable sealing even under frequent opening and closing.
  ● For DN500 large-diameter applications, the operating torque is significantly lower than that of gate valves and ball valves of the same specification, substantially reducing the cost of selecting an actuator.
  ● The automatic wedging effect ensures that as medium pressure increases, the sealing contact pressure increases as well, resulting in a tighter seal with each closure, thereby exponentially extending the service life of both the valve and the actuator.
