     Constructed entirely of 316 stainless steel, it offers excellent resistance to chlorine corrosion; the 8-inch diameter is compatible with standard branch and main pipelines, and the pressure rating precisely corresponds to 150 lb. Leveraging the corrosion-resistant properties of pure 316 material and featuring sealing surfaces made of the same material as the valve body to ensure material uniformity, this valve is specifically designed for medium- and low-pressure pipelines carrying clean media, with mild corrosion and no particulate erosion, achieving a zero-leakage shut-off function under manual operation.

Product Advantages

  ● With no lugs or flanges, the valve is directly clamped between pipe flanges using long bolts. Its structural thickness is only one-third that of a flanged butterfly valve of the same diameter, saving significant space in narrow pipe racks, equipment compartments, and below decks.
  ● The worm gear provides step-by-step transmission, allowing for fine adjustment of the opening degree and facilitating system flow regulation.
  ● The sealing surface is the 316 body itself, with no weld overlay or coating. The material of the entire valve sealing pair is uniform, significantly eliminating the risk of galvanic corrosion and weld overlay peeling that may result from dissimilar metal contact.
