Featuring CF3M’s comprehensive chlorine resistance, a large DN500 flow passage, and PN6 low-pressure leak-free performance—this valve serves as a long-distance, electric, zero-leakage shut-off hub for large-diameter pipelines carrying chlorine-containing, mildly corrosive, and clean media. It combines the corrosion-resistant properties of ultra-low-carbon stainless steel with the timeless reliability of an all-metal hard seal.
Product Advantages
● A multi-bolt flange ring forms a closed load-bearing ring, evenly distributing the thermal expansion thrust, water hammer bending moments, and self-weight of large-diameter pipelines, ensuring the valve seat sealing surface remains flat and warp-free over long service periods.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the disc instantly disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing, ensuring zero friction and zero scraping across the entire 90° rotation.
● Equipped with multi-turn or partial-turn electric actuators featuring built-in torque protection and position feedback, these valves are designed for frequent operation and emergency shut-off in large-diameter pipelines, completely replacing manual operation.
