    Designed specifically for medium-sized non-corrosive media, this highly adaptable shut-off solution offers flexible actuation. It features a combination of a WCB cast carbon steel body and an F304 stainless steel disc, with a standard DN200 size and PN10 medium-to-low pressure rating. By integrating flanged connections, smooth-shaft actuation, and a triple-offset hard-seal design, it delivers reliable control with zero friction, zero leakage, and a long service life.

Product Advantages

  ● The valve body is made of WCB cast carbon steel, offering a balance of strength and toughness to provide a robust pressure-bearing shell for non-corrosive or mildly corrosive media such as steam, hot water, oil, and industrial water. The disc is crafted from F304 forged austenitic stainless steel, ensuring the sealing surface remains intact under high-temperature and cyclic operating conditions thanks to its excellent resistance to oxidation and uniform corrosion.
  ● The valve stem is supplied as a bare stem without a fixed actuator. Users can independently select handles, worm gearboxes, or electric/pneumatic actuators based on on-site requirements, thereby avoiding redundant investment and excess spare parts inventory.
  ● The valve is strictly designed to the PN10 pressure rating. The rigid body effectively absorbs pipeline pressure pulsations and thermal cycling, ensuring structural stability and consistent sealing performance even under frequent opening and closing cycles.
